As you may know, Hugo Scheckter is considering transferring away from GWU to Xavier, which is located in the middle of nowheresville Ohio.
In part because of his stunning good looks and fantastic dress sense, Hugo’s that rare kind of friend who makes ordinary things fun. He’s found a lot of success at GWU and makes it a more awesome school. We’d miss him a lot if he left.
If we all take a few seconds to remind Hugo why he ought to stay, we might be able to sway him.
After all, the number one thing Hugo loves most is attention. He’s probably contacted ESPN about an hour-long LeBron-style special called “the decision.”
Appealing to Hugo using numbers and statistics clearly wouldn’t work. If it did, he wouldn’t even have considered transferring in the first place. He’s already been bombarded by factoids and statistics anyway, like Xavier’s super-easy 72.3% admit rate and 100% suckage rate.
The best things GW has going for it are friends he’s made while here. So in order to help convince him to stay, everyone please post supportive/encouraging messages on his wall, @ tag his Twitter account, and/or send him email.
