According to a recent report from the University, there is an individual wandering around campus with a sob story looking for money. She is reported to give the story that she was in a car accident and stranded and cannot make it home, or a variety of other random stories.
This individual is described as a black female who is 5’5″, who is heavy-set and in her late 20′s. It is reported that this individual was able to compel at least $100 in cash from students on campus.
The university tells students to call GWPD if this suspect is seen. Another solution might be to not give money to people you don’t know, regardless of whether they are asking for money for school uniforms, they are wearing a Green Peace vest, or have a car wreck story with some tears.
